This Bank Of America call center is a three story, precast concrete structure that occupies approximately sixty-thousand square feet of ground. There are north and south wings. The south wing is the main building. The adjacent, north wing is a single story “annex” that houses offices, the loading dock and a cafeteria. The building has been well maintained, although sealant restoration, cleaning and some repairs were needed at the time of the survey.
